If you prefer to make a donation by check, please make checks payable to Lake SWCD with OftG in the memo line, and send to Lake SWCD, 125 E. Erie St., Painesville, OH 44077.

You may also make a donation at participating wineries and businesses in Northeast Ohio. Look for the "We're a One for the Grape supporter" poster.

As an added incentive for your donation, the Lodge & Conference Center at Geneva State Park (website) has offered the following perquisites:

• Donate $1000 and receive a two night stay at the Lodge, a special VIP Private Tasting, a Vineyard & Cellar Tour at TWO selected wineries, plus transportation to the wineries.
• Donate $500 and get a two-night stay at the Lodge.
• Donate $350 and get a one-night stay at the Lodge and dinner for two.
• Donate $250 and get a one-night stay at the Lodge.
• Donate $100 and get a VIP Private Tasting and a Vineyard & Cellar Tour for four at ONE participating winery.
